My name is Kelly Allen and I am a junior at Marist College pursuing a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and minors in graphic design and product development. Through my courses at Marist College, I have expanded my graphic and creative skills by using the Adobe Suite applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. I have created products using CAD OnShape, 3D printers and laser cut machines. A related theme throughout some of my work involves the idea of a mindful lifestyle and mindset which can have an influence on the clothing one wears and how fabrics make you feel physically and mentally. I was able to maintain this theme throughout many of my projects. Fashion is a form of self expression and art. This ever-changing and innovative industry can help one express their style, interests, and mood through clothing. My artwork posted on this site are projects that I have completed at Marist through courses such as Trend Forecasting, Product Design, Digital Media and Graphic Design. I hope you enjoy exploring the work that I have completed thus far and I will continue to update this page with my latest pieces!
